The Symposium is a 4 day event. When you submit your abstract you will be able to select multiple time slots for possible scheduling.
Tip: Your “Presentation Description” shows on the brochure. Keep it clear and easy to read.

Leadership, QA/QI, safety, communications, systems, and special operations.

Speaking is voluntary. The Symposium does not provide speaker fees or other compensation.
Write 3–5 sentences that explain what the session is about, who it’s for, and what people will learn. This text is used on the agenda brochure.
We use your outline, goals, and references (works cited) to submit for CEU approval.
Yes. The form has an optional co-speaker section. If you are presenting alone, you can skip it.
Your submission is reviewed by the Symposium faculty. If selected, we’ll contact you by email. We may follow up for schedule and CEU materials.
Choose every slot you can reasonably present. More availability gives us more flexibility when building the final schedule.
